How long does merch shipping take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days at our South Scottsdale studio. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your distance from Arizona. You will receive a confirmation email with expected timing once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We ship merch anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available for online apparel orders at this time, but you can always pick up pieces in person at our South Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix locations during open hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions; when active, the discount will apply automatically in your cart.

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed merch with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Final-sale items, seasonal drops, and items marked limited edition are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, the final policy is confirmed at purchase on the product page and in your order confirmation.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We will confirm whether the item qualifies and send you a return label or in-store exchange instructions. Please do not send anything back until we reply, so we can track it properly.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We are sorry when that happens. Send a photo of the item and the shipping label to FrontDesk@Stemistryaz.com with MERCH in the subject line within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

How do I find my size?

Every product page includes a size chart with garment measurements laid flat. We recommend comparing those numbers to a piece you already own that fits well. When in doubt, size up for an oversized fit or down for a closer crop.

What fit should I expect?

Our tees are soft, mid-weight cotton with a relaxed unisex fit. Hoodies and sweatpants are pre-washed for a lived-in feel. Cropped hoodies run slightly boxy. Fit notes are included on each product page.

Will items shrink in the wash?

Most pieces are pre-shrunk or garment-washed, so shrinkage should be minimal. To keep them looking their best, wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing printed graphics.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package to your door. If you did not receive a confirmation email within two business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan a package after pickup. If your tracking has not moved in several days, email FrontDesk@Stemistryaz.com with MERCH in the subject line and your order number and we will look into it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. We can update your address before the order is packed. Once a label is printed, we cannot redirect the package.
